Biofeedback example
Try standing on one foot. Now close your eyes. Standing on one foot is easiest when looking at a mirror (more self-awareness for better self-control.)
With practice you get better at balancing. Like this, training brain waves is also learning from experience. You will learn greater flexibility and stability. You will learn greater emotional and mental balance. It gets easier to think, feel and behave the way you want. Naturally.

In biofeedback we read a signal coming from the body such as heart rate or brain waves. With feedback you can always see or hear what you are doing. In biofeedback training we use sensors to read what the body is doing. Then we give you feedback so you can notice things you cannot feel on your own. More self-awareness > more self-control > more self-skill.
EEG Biofeedback Sessions
Just relax in a comfortable chair. We place 3 sensors on the earlobes and 1 or 2 on the scalp. We read the brain wave activity that happens every moment you are alive. Nothing ever goes in.
Students see brain wave-generated images that reflect their brain’s activity—dozens of times a second. Musical tones guide them to greater relaxation and increased attention in each moment. There is no need to try or help.
You should notice reduced stress, better sleep, emotional stability or a quality-of-life improvement within 5-8 sessions. With further training these benefits will grow and last a lifetime.
First Session: Assessment
We first define current behavior that most impacts the quality of your child’s life. Then while monitoring their brain waves, they do a game with mouse buttons. This reveals their brain at work. This tells us which specific brain wave frequencies to train up or down. This protocol is based on careful research, artificial intelligence and clinical experience developed by many great minds and millions of brain wave biofeedback sessions over the past 60 years. We know how to help without hurting.

Unwanted Effects?
Once in a while people get a mild headache or become tired after a session. This is rare, brief, and mild. They can be avoided in the next sessions. Let us know about these effects so we can make changes. Anybody can do EEG biofeedback. Nothing in the session is ever painful. It is just learning a skill.
Success Rates
Brain wave biofeedback training is all about suggesting new habits. The wisdom of the body keeps only the benefits. Getting the energy or arousal levels correct at each moment is the best your brain can be. It takes practice with guidance.
Lots of research and experience finds that at least 80% of people get at least a 50% reduction in their biggest problems. Too many people in school have emotional upset. Sometimes this is expressed as troubling behavior. Sometimes it is just suffering unwanted thoughts and feelings. We are offering you a sound remedy. Please consider this offer and decide yes or no. Scheduling
We need you more than twice a week. It could be twice a day. We have a lot of benefits to offer. We want you for at least 14 sessions but 30 is much better.
You could be done in a month. Sessions last less than an hour.
