Bios
Joseph Cautilli, Ph.D. is a licensed clinical psychologist and professional counselor as well as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-D and Licensed Behavior Specialist. Over the last 25 years, Dr. Cautilli has served the behavioral health and rehabilitation needs of children with autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and adults with severe mental health conditions including depression, schizophrenia, mental retardation, and developmental disabilities. He has also worked in the field of criminal justice on rehabilitating offenders in jails and in the community. He is internationally known for the quality of his treatment work and ethical standards. At Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners, he serves as Clinical Director.
Gary Ames, M.A., M.BA is a clinical licensed psychologist in private practice specializing in Neurofeedback. He has found that all ages can be treated with brain wave training. He sees clients with conditions such as ADHD, anxiety, autism, anger, depression, insomnia, migraine, somatic problems and others issues detracting from the quality of life. He is an expert in a variety of biofeedback and neurotherapy methods. He believes biofeedback heals disorders at the source in the brain for life. At Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners, he serves as a Director.
Halina Dziewolska has a Master’s in Education and an MS in Special Education with concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and licensed as a Behavior Specialist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. She entered the field of mental health in 2000 to serve children with developmental disabilities and emotional-behavioral disorders. She has served on the faculty of St. Joseph’s University and Arcadia University. At Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners, she provides clinical supervision and co-manages the company.
Lynn Santilli Connor is an accomplished executive with experience directing client care and operational programs in diverse settings. Lynn is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Lynn has 25 years of experience serving the behavioral and emotional needs of children, adolescents and young adults with Intellectual Development Delays (I/DD), depression, oppositional behavior, post traumatic stress disorder, sexually acting out behaviors and severe psychiatric problems. Lynn is adept at cultivating and directing high-performing teams and developing relationships with a wide range of community partners. At Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners, Lynn serves as the Executive Director.
In addition, Behavior Analysis & Therapy Partners employs over 60 people with varying roles, functions, and credentials.
